Helena Bay Beachfront Vacation Lodge & Resort Facilities

Logan designed a new 1000sqm beachfront luxury lodge, that included accommodation & facilities for staff, guests and a farm manager.

Site design of the 6.6 hectare site included:

• the main residence
• a separate private guest villa
• boat shed & facilities to house sports boats, water sport gear, motor bikes
• a remote picnic shelter with full catering kitchen and dining facilities, and
• a farm manager’s lodge and separate staff accommodation.
