Development of Lady Allum

The development of Lady Allum included altering existing hospital care rooms into 16 private aged-care apartments. The development was broken into four separate construction stages and needed to fit within the existing building parameters.

Apartments were fitted out for high-end user groups, each with its own kitchen, bathroom and outdoor living court.
