This substantial project involved consultation with community and user groups, liaison with the Youthline Steering Committee, and the production of a 28 page Design Scope Working Document and 9 page Technical Design Scope Report.

Consultation and collaborative work with many professional consultants was carried out to achieve resource consent and building consent.
The finished Papatoetoe community facility includes medical facilities, a helpline centre, a hospitality teaching facility and café, sporting and recreational areas and other multipurpose spaces to cater for various community groups.
