Creation of new 500 m2 home overlooking the Hauraki Gulf.  The design captures the unobstructed sea views but maintains privacy from neighbouring properties.  Construction of black precast concrete panels and copper cladding provides a timeless and maintenance free home specific to the clients requirements.
