Raeburn Hospital and Rest Home

The development of the Raeburn Hospital and Rest Home needed to use the full potential of the site to accommodate rest home, hospital and secure dementia-wing facilities.

The development has been broken into stages and has achieved an increase from a 50-bed to a 70-bed facility, without compromise to enhanced communal lounge, recreation and outdoor living areas.
